What's special about St. John?
As part of the U.S. Virgin Islands, St. John is unique in its “American” style, ecologically friendly attitude,
and its miles of scenic national park land. This is the smallest of the three main islands that comprise the
USVI, and about 2/3 of it is protected park land, with miles of hiking trails among the trees, cacti, and
other tropical plants. St. John is definitely less developed than the other islands, so if what you want is
peace, quiet, and tons of natural beauty, then this is the place to be.
Hiking is a favorite activity on the island, and there are lots of paths and trails to enjoy, or you can just
take a stroll along the beach and enjoy the view.
St. John is definitely all about enjoying the outdoors, but that is not to say that visitors won’t be able to
partake in some excellent shopping, dining, and nightlife while on the island. Cruz Bay is a fun place to
be day or night, and there are numerous shops on the island featuring jewelry, clothes, and other
souvenirs to help you remember your tropical beach vacation. Restaurants serving up delicious
Caribbean fare are plentiful and most of the Cruz Bay eateries are an easy stroll from your vacation
apartment.
While vehicle rentals are available in Cruz Bay (although with limited supply in high season), you can
always take advantage of the many open-sided safari taxi cabs to explore the island of St. John. With
beaches to explore, coral reefs to snorkel, walking trails to hike and historic sites of cultural interest to
explore, we invite you to enjoy everything St. John has to offer.

Our Accommodations
Each Vacation Apartment is thoughtfully decorated and comes with an outdoor deck to enjoy your
morning cup of Joe, while observing the comings and goings in the marina below. Our one-bedroom
units feature a king size bed and in the living room, a queen size sleeper sofa. Should you choose, the
bedroom is fully air-conditioned, although many people prefer the natural “air-conditioning” provided
by the trade winds. Our Vacation Apartments have one bathroom with a shower and a range of
complimentary bath products – sorry no bathtubs.
Vacation units come with a 52” television with Dish Cable service and there is complimentary high-speed
WI-FI available. A full kitchen with all amenities to prepare your favorite meal should you choose to dine
in and enjoy the sunset.
Beach gear is available on-premises including chairs, beach towels, coolers, and snorkeling gear for your
day at the beach. Access to in-house laundromat facility within the building.
